Copyright and Science: A plea for skeptics


Talk given at Tokyo University October 5, 2009. This is a plea for scientists to be skeptical about presumptions about how IP should regulate it, and a bit about the work (the GREAT work) of Science Commons in this space.

    Thank you for this entry, it allows me to really understand yet why I write my LL. Mr. thesis on “orphan works. On the way to a viable international.” On the question of how (c) work to limit access to works, w / o any benefit at all. I have your works cited repeatedly in this case. . .

    Just to stress, why non-lawyers often taken the law is that they tend not to judge the situation, if a law is good or not. People usually travel experts. In this case, they move to counsel.
